Born and raised in Louisiana, my love for seafood runs deep. From an early age, I watched my dad work his magic boiling crawfish and shrimp, and over time, I picked up those same Creole-Cajun techniques that make Louisiana cuisine so unforgettable. Whether it’s crispy catfish, spicy boiled crawfish, juicy shrimp, or rich Cajun dishes, I’ve spent years perfecting flavors that bring people together.
Now, I’m proud to bring that authentic Louisiana flair to Lake Havasu City, Arizona, with our brand-new seafood delivery service and soon-to-launch food truck. We provide fresh, Gulf-sourced seafood—straight from the boat to your door—so you get the highest quality ingredients with that bold Louisiana flavor, no matter where you are.
Our mobile kitchen will be serving up fresh, flavorful Creole seafood right here in the community—and we can’t wait to share a little Southern hospitality with you.
